Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Madison, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
