Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Madison, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
