Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Quill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Louisville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
