Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Junction Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Louisville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
