Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Louisville, KY)

Nova Quarry Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
