Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Forge Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Louisville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
