Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Cedar Field Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
