Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Lumen Granite Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
