Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Timber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
