Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
