Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Pine Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
