Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
