Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Knoxville area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
