Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Pike Property Management Group is a Knoxville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
