Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Stone Arts Center is an arts centre in Knoxville with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
