Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Fern Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Knoxville with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
