Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
