Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
