Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
