Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
