Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
