Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Beacon Community Partners Group is a Jackson charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
