Greenridge Willow Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
