Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
