Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Indianapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
