Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Birch Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
