Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fern Arts Center Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience.
