Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Quill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
