Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Pike Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
