Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Indianapolis working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
