Silverline Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 702 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience.
