Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
