Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Houston, TX)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Houston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
