Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Houston, TX)

Northwind Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Houston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
