Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Houston, TX)

Lumen Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Houston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
