Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
