Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Houston, TX)

Northwind Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Houston area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
