Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Pike Early Learning runs childcare centres in Honolulu caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
