Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
