Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
