Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Iron Property Management manages apartment communities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
