Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rowan Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
