Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
