Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Honolulu. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
