Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Umber Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Honolulu presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
