Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Nova Hollow Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services.
