Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Holdings and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
