Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Fresno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
