Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Birch Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
