Nova Linden Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Fresno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 922 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
